必要となる経験、スキル、資格	To manage end-to-end procurement, development, and sourcing activities for plastic molding components, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery in line with company standards and business goals.
(Required Experience, Skills, Qualification )	Identify and develop suppliers for injection molded plastic components.Float RFQs, analyze quotations, and finalize suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery (CQD).Negotiate price contracts and ensure cost optimization through value engineering and VA/VE activities.
	Maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term supply chain stability.Conduct should-cost analysis of plastic parts,Benchmark supplier prices with market standards and support should-cost negotiations.
	In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, toolings, and plastic raw materials (ABS, PP, PC, etc.). Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Working knowledge of VA/VE, should-cost models, and localization strategies.
	Specialization- Plastic parts costing & Part development
業務内容　(Job Specification)	Strong understanding of plastic materials, injection molding processes, and tooling design. Ensure timely prototyping, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and release for mass production.
	Should have sound experience in Procurement related activities, Identify and develop vendors for plastic components, ensuring capacity, capability, and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) compliance.
