Desirable Industry  Experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry, Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Work Experience 5-7 YEARS
必要となる経験、スキル、資格 Tool Development & Management:- Assist in Overseeing the design, development & optimization of tools used in Air Conditioner industry, Collaboration with R&D & CFT teams to identify tool requirement & ensure tool meet operation needs.
(Required Experience, Skills, Qualification ) Project Coordination:-  Manage tool development projects, including planning, scheduling & R&D. Monitor Project progress, trouble shoot issues & ensure timely completion of milestones.
Quality Assurances:- Implementation & maintain quality control processes for tool development. Conduct regular inspections & tests to ensure tools meet safety & performance standards. 
Documentation & Reporting :- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all tools, including design specifications, usage guidelines, and maintenance procedures. Prepare and present reports on tool development activities and project status to senior management.
Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in tool development.
  - Propose and implement improvements to enhance tool performance and production efficiency.
Team Leadership:-  Provide guidance and support to tool development team members.
  - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

業務内容　(Job Specification) Technical Skills:- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other design tools.   - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tool design principles.   - Experience with project management software and methodologies.
