Education :- Diploma Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Key Skill :-

         Mechanical maintenance to be strong knowledge in MTTR &MTBF, Preventive maintenance , Budget plan, Vendor follow-up,Team Handling upto 8 Members (DET,E0&E1), Document skill monthly presentation ,Kaizen , Cost saving, ISO audit knowledge in QMS 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015& 45001:2018.

Core experience required:

1)Plastic injection mould machine all electric ( JSW ,Toshiba,)

2) EOAT Robot (Yushin, Star line,Wit man), Material conveying system ( dryer, Jet loaders, Dehumidifier)

3) MTC,Cooling tower maintenance, Descaling process hands on experience & EOT crane maintenance,

4) Motor bearing replacement & Motor alignment and balancing knowledge,Basic electrical knowledge (PLC,Servo,Drive)

5) Mechanical and hydraulic pess machine hands-on experience , understanding of mechanical drawing (2D&3D).
